Southern Constructions & Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is a well established and highly experienced construction firm located in Sri Lanka’s Southern province, Galle. Originally established in 2005, SC&E specializes in the design, construction, maintenance and renovation of villas and boutique hotel properties in particular. Providing tailormade construction solutions to suit customer requirements, adding an emphasis on complementing and sustaining the natural beauty of the island.

The company boasts a highly trained and experienced workforce of over 35 academically qualified chartered engineers, technical officers, quantity surveyors, draughtsmen and admin staff, as well as access to over 100 associate technicians in specialist disciplines, proudly claiming the value of offering 360-degree solutions all under one roof.
